2008 M68k Porter Meeting
Revival of the [http://meeting.ffis.de/devel.html Linux Developers Meeting]
This year's meeting is organised by Christian Steigies and taking place at the University of Kiel in Germany. The meeting is dedicated to porting Linux (and Debian) to the Motorola 680x0 architecture.
In late August the weather is hopefully still nice enough.

The meeting will take place in the coffeeroom of our group. Tables with switches and powersupplies are permanently installed, a beamer and coffeemaker are available in the room. The tables are not very big, but about 12 people can comfortably sit there with notebooks.
Livestream: gmplayer -user m68k -passwd kiel rtsp://kiel.debian.net/mpeg4/media.amp
Seminar room with many tables, but no network infrastructure installed. We can set this up, but that requires some effort. Space for about 60 people.
If we are no more than about 12 people, cts would prefer the ready-installed room. We can set up additional tables there if needed, but all the cabling is done already, and the coffee is there!
The coffeeroom is in LS11 (Leibnizstr 11). Delivery access is possible via the courtyard (wheelchair symbol), parking is behing LS19 (P on the map).
- LS11/416: Coffeeroom
- LS11/309A: Seminarroom, if needed
- Public talk: in the small lecture hall (kleiner Hörsaal/Hans-Geiger HS), Saturday afternoon - Martin 'Joey' Schulze: Debian Administration
